Removing unnedeed libraries

Dear all,

I would like to remove the "msuite" lib from the meshing application and the itsol lib from the ExternalSolversApplication.

Is there any voice against?

I'm not even sure if it is still working. If nobody is using it I would also like to remove it.

Hi Riccardo

Just my opinion, itsol might be good tool to experiment with the iterative solver. I played with it before.
