Error when configure.bat is executed

When I execute configure.bat some errors occur.

The messages of these errors are the next:

"fatal error C1083: No se puede abrir el archivo incluir: 'pthread.h'"

" error C2065: 'off64_t': identificador no declarado"

Does someone know why these errors occur and what can I do to avoid them?

Which OS? Windows? Linux? which compiler?
